La Galeria By Bunik offers an excellent stay, with spacious rooms that feature nice furniture and cleanliness. The rooftop provides a breathtaking view along with a calm infinity pool, ideal for unwinding after a busy work schedule. The staff is commendable for their exceptional service. they promptly provided keys upon my late arrival and were always ready to help with anything I needed, making my stay convenient and pleasant. A highlight was the nearby amazing taco place, which added a delightful dining experience.
The bed could use extra pillows for added comfort.

la galeria by bunik is a fantastic place to stay! it’s super clean and new, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful with directions and restaurant tips. plus, it's just a block away from a big supermarket. the pool area is like an oasis right in the middle of the city.

The room was decent but had some quirks. Like, the shower leaked out more than it should, and I experienced a sudden leak from the ceiling fan one night. Thankfully, the staff jumped on it right away. The beds were comfy, but the towels were stained and inconsistent. The lack of washcloths was a bummer too. Overall, I felt safe, but the thin walls did let in a lot of noise from outside. Still, for the price I paid, it was manageable!

La Galeria By Bunik was a great choice for our stay! The clean rooms were comfy, and the rooftop pool had stunning views that made relaxing after a day of exploring a delight. Plus, it was conveniently located near fantastic restaurants like El Fogon and Don Chendo. The staff was super helpful in guiding us around Playa del Carmen, making our trip even more enjoyable.
Walls were a bit thin, so noise from outside was noticeable.
